| Sorry that CPanel doesn't offer upgrade feature from enduser's control panel so you have to submit a ticket to us. Once received, we will upgrade your hosting account and make the changes to your records. Your website will not be affected in any way and everything will remain online throughout. We will prorate what you have used so far of your current plan cost and there is no charge for upgrading in hosting plans. |
