Why cannot I send email?
Please make sure that your username is all lowercase, and you have enabled the "outgoing server requires authentication" option in your email program. In Outlook for example, make sure 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' is checked in your mail account (advanced) properties. This "SMTP-auth" feature prevents spammers from sending out email through our mail servers.
